This stamp album for Australian stamps has been created to satisfy a need of traditional stamp collectors for a professionally produced stamp album without the additional expense of non-standard sized pages.

By using this album you will be able to enjoy the hobby of stamp collecting with a minimum financial outlay.

A unique feature is that every stamp issued by Australia Post has a separately outlined place, containing its value and description. Also, those that were issued as joined pairs, blocks, strips etc are shown as such. This will enable your stamps that you have collected individually to be mounted adjacent to those that make up these joined pairs, etc resulting in a very pleasing appearance.

Actual stamps are not included. Occassional pictures of stamps may be included to help in correctly positioning your stamps.

Some recent stamps are available in very similar "lick and stick" and "peel and stick". To assist in reducing the costs associated with your collection we consider these to be interchangeable so either may be mounted in the appropriate place. Note that if they are significantly different both types are shown.

To further assist you in collecting in the traditional manner we have omitted some items. These include decorative gutters, miniature sheets, special overprints, items issued especially for collectors, maxi cards, contrived groupings etc. However, should you wish to add these to your collection we have included a blank page with title and border for you to print as required.

For your convenience, where possible, we have organised the Australian stamp album so that each years issues appear on a separate group of pages.
